A short-stacked David Gorr moved all in under the gun for 6,300 and was called by Billy "The Croc" Argyros in middle position. The rest of the field cleared out of the way and Gorr discovered that he was dominated.
"Diamond," Gorr pleaded after the flop, vainly hoping for a runner-runner flush. "Heart," Argyros teased after the appeared on the turn. It was down to the river for Gorr, who needed a four to survive, but it was not mean to be as the bricked.
Gorr shook hands with Argyros and wished the table good luck, a kind gesture by the defending Aussie Millions Champion; meanwhile, "The Croc" is up to 27,000.
