Sorel Mizzi raised to 9,000 from the cutoff only to have Sam Trickett three-bet to 29,500 from the small blind. Not to be outdone, Mizzi four-bet to 55,000 and Trickett moved all in. Mizzi was pained by the shove, but he still made a hesitant call for his tournament life.
Trickett had the majority of his stack in the pot, so this pot would likely determine the fate of both players. Much to Trickett's dismay, his lead evaporated when the flop fell . Neither the turn nor river helped Tickett and Mizzi doubled through.
