One Down, One Up For Perkins

[user66118] • Level 1: 500-1,000, 100 ante

Here in the early going, Bill Perkins is already showing a propensity to splash around in pots.

In one of the first hands, Perkins called a Galen Hall raise to 3,000, but he insta-folded to a continuation bet on the {A-Diamonds} {6-Hearts} {10-Hearts} flop.

On the next hand, it was Doc Sands opening to 2,800 from middle position, and Perkins flatted to see another flop. It came {10-Diamonds} {8-Spades} {J-Diamonds}, and Sands checked it over. Perkins bet 5,200 there and another 10,200 on the {2-Clubs} turn, and both of his bullets were called by Sands. On the {7-Spades} river, Perkins checked behind and showed up his {J-Clubs} {8-Clubs}.

Sands took another peek at his cards, then plopped them into the muck. Two pair earns Perkins the pot, chipping him back up over starting stack.
